    SELECTION OF PLAYERS FOR OUR TEAM PLAY

 

If your aim is to play on our team you must first demonstrate accuracy and speed in simple card counting. We will test you and if necessary train you to the required level. You will be expected to try to learn shuffle tracking and/or ace tracking, as well as most of the auxiliary skills contained herein. You will be allocated playing duties according to the expertise demonstrated during training.

 

We require character and financial references.

 

You will be expected to enter into contractual agreements with all other team members.

 

Generally, the norm for contract expiry is to permit players or investors the option of withdrawing participation once the starting bankroll has doubled. Exceptions can be negotiated upon agreement by all participants.

 

You may choose to be a player (no investment required) or an investor/player, or simply an investor. The contract specifies the financial arrangements for the various roles undertaken, in general following the dictum of sharing out the profits 50/50 between the investors and the players. Investors’ profits are then shared out pro rata to their investment. Players’ profits are shared out pro rata to their hours of play.

 

All players and investors will receive a monthly progress report.

 

Players must be prepared to play with a partner in the same casino and perhaps at the same table. For security, partners are switched frequently. For additional security each player must, at the end of each playing session, text their result to their partner and to our control centre in London, via mobile telephone.

 

Players who are not investors must lodge a bond unless waived by consent of the other team players.
